Product: Deskjet 3760

I’ve just renewed my black cartridge with one supplied by HP, it now won’t print in black only colour. I’ve printed quality report and some black prints but only the top of the sentence not the bottom half, literally the same line, only half of it prints. I’ve deep cleaned the cartridges and this didn’t make a difference. The screen is telling me that black is full?
