HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had always been able to print pdf documents through the Adobe Acrobat Reader on our HP 800 DesignJet printer. Starting a few days ago, I am now unable to print pdf documents on the HP 800 DesignJet. When I select "print"  in the Adobe software, nothing happens. The job does not display in the HP 800 print queue. Prior to last week, when I would select print for a pdf file, a dialog box would open, show that the file was "flattening" and then nearly immediately the job would be loaded in the printer and printing would begin. And I could see the job in the HP print queue. Now absolutely nothing happens.

I am able to print the pdf documents to other HP small paper printers. And I can print JPEG files on the HP 800, but I can not print pdf files to the HP 800 anymore. I reloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader software and uninstalled and re-installed the HP 800 drivers, but this has not fixed my problem.

Any siuggestions?
