HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejetpro 276dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All of the Embedded Web Server functions (Scan to Email, Scan to Network Folder, HP Digital Fax, Energy Save Mode, etc.) have been LOCKED by the administrator and I cannot  remember my password in order to access any of these features!

 

This is the box that pops up when I click on the above features:

 

http://192.168.1.70 is requesting your username and password. The site says: “admin”

 

I enter 'Admin' in the 'User Name' box and what I think is my password, but nothing works!

 

 I've restored the factory settings on the printer control panel...does not help.

 

I've performed a semi-full reset on the printer control panel...does not help.

 

I've tried and tried to remember my password...to no avail.

 

I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR, and I cannot find a way to retrieve the password!

 

Please help 🙂
