Product: M2020 Series Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS
I have a Samsung M2020 Laser Printer that suddenly stopped stopped printing from my chromebook and Android phone. Tried rebooting everything, and even removed the printer from my Google Cloud Print with the intention of adding it right back on. But the printer is not showing up on any of my devices. Printed an information page manually and it shows good connection with the wifi.
My problem is that when I try to access the printer settings through Sync Thru Web service by typing in the IP address, it shows a Sync-Thru "loading" page but never actually loads any page. What is going on?
