Product: Laser Jet Pro M12a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I can't install driver from Hp Website, after 100% nothing happen

I try to install from temp folder also, it still not working

 

If looking from device manager, the notification is HP EWS Doesn't Install

 

Please help, thank you
