Product: HP ENVY 5070
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I cannot connect my HP ENVY 5070 to Dell Laptop Latitude 7400. I clicked on Add Printer. The laptop finds the wireless printer. I add the code from the printer and then see a blue line on the screen which looks like it is adding it. Then I get “Driver is unavailable” I tried my personal wi-fi which the printer is connected to. That did not work so I tried my work mi-fi that the laptop connects to as well. I bought the printer a few days ago. My iPhones & iPad can print. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
