Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just got this new computer and trying to set it up.  Everything went smoothly UNTIL it got to where I needed to connect the printer to the computer.  The computer's Windows Defender Smart Screen has blocked the printers installation showing a Administrative block notice.  It will not allow me to override that block.  I have followed every tutorial on how to disable the Defender Smart Screen and still nothing.  Does anyone out there have any suggestions?
