Product: HP MFP M630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

I have a HP MFP M630 setup for desktop faxing in Citrix (XenApp 7.18).  Update to latest firmware 2411097_060483 and latest HP PC Send Fax Driver 61.063.666.41.  I can use the printer properties and send a test fax.  I cannot send a fax using any other application like Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, etc., etc.  I can see the fax (print job) in the queue and quickly disappears.  No log, no errors. 


Any ideas why HP PC Send Fax in Citrix is not working?  Is the HP MFP M630 desktop faxing supported in a Citrix environment?
