HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I cannot duplex print on long edge with an HP Pavilion x360 laptop printing to a EPSON XP-830 printer, this function is working perfectly with all other devices sending prints to the same printer, so the problem appears to be the print software on the laptop which is the standard EPSON drivers from the Windows Store, can anyone help?
