Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to set up this Deskjet Plus 4155.  I have added and removed it a number of times trying to get the installation to complete to no avail.  Windows is not able to download the driver and suggests I go to the HP app.  The HP app says everything is good but when I click print it says the printer is detected but not completed installation and sends me back to the Windows add printer screen.  I've also tried to update the windows device installation settings to find the driver I need.  I've also manually downloaded the driver from the HP website. I am able to print and scan from my iPhone and also scan to my Laptop, so this is definitely a printer driver installation issue.  It can't complete the driver installation.  I am at my wits end I have never dealt with a more frustrating piece of technology.   Please advise.
