I'm trying to setup scan to email on my HP Officejet Pro 276dw MFP for the first time and cannot seem to get it working.  When I try to test from the admin tool it gives a message "Unable to connect to the printer. Check your configurations and try again."  I'm not sure but I suspect that it may be related to the fact I have to somehow get logged into the printer at the console on the printer.  I logged in using a pin for a "walk-up" user I setup but am not sure if I need to be logged in as a different user that's in the scan to email profile.  Are there good step-by-step instructions to walk me through the whole process end-to-end?  I've found https://support.hp.com/za-en/document/c03862727 to setup the scan to email settings but it doesn't describe the right way to setup a user and login to the printer properly.
