Product: HP Pro Book
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Am trying to install a new printer driver (HP 6950) to my work computer (HP Pro Book, running Windows 10). Printer driver downloads from internet but won't complete the process. Message reads "Extraction Failed. Cannot open output file."
Have uninstalled old HP printer drivers etc. from my computer. I am wondering if it is a "work network footprint" issue ie. I need to be in the work footprint to install a new printer on my computer?? Any other suggestions?
