Hello,

I have been having troubles with getting my printer installed on my laptop. It works perfectly fine on other devices, so I was confident it was a driver issue.

On Windows Printer and Scanners settings page, it says Driver is Unavailable, as shown below

Following other instructions online, and trying to install drivers on HP Smart without any luck, I manually uninstalled the drivers. Therefore, the printer drivers do not show up on Device Manager. No HP drivers show up either on Print Server Properties as I deleted them by going to  printui.exe /s . Images as below.

I try to install the drivers via HP smart again however it comes up with this error.

I then do as it says in Printers and Scanners, but it says failed.

I do not know where to go from here. Windows is fully updated and I have restarted laptop too.

I would appreciate help,
