Product: OJP 9015
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

My OJP 9015 is new since this past October.

I cannot open or close the paper drawer easily.  It constantly gets stuck, even if I can just barely reach in and press the internal lever, which I cannot always do.

The machine feels incredibly flimsy, and I know this will break it soon.  (My old OJP 8500, which lasted for eleven years, was solid.)

What's the magic to opening and shutting the paper drawer easily?
