Product: HP Designjet 510 42 inch printer

We have a HP Designjet 510 42 inch plotter that is working perfectly fine till recently. There was a issue in the printer and one of the part was replaced. Now if we use HP instant print software, it works fine and prints but if we try to print by adding the printer via control panel, it doesn't work. Test print doesn't work. We have some drawings that we need to print and they cannot be done via HP instant print. I tried installing the printer driver available on the HP site for HP Designjet 510 42 inch printer but still not able to print. Are there any other drivers that need to installed to make it work? As it is working with HP instant print. Please help.
