Product: ENVY 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 7640 which up until the other week has worked flawlessly, has now stopped responding to my relatively new Dell laptop (Inspiron 7506 2n1.

This morning when I tried to setup to print 2-sided and print a one page document from MS Word, it responded with an error "Function address 0x00007FFF72C64F99 caused a protection fault (exception code 0x00000505). Some or all property pages may not be displayed".


The error appears to be a problem with the spooler service and may even be an issue with the latest Windows10 update (KB5005565)
