macOS 10.14 Mojave

Scan to Network Folder has stopped working awhile ago, and I still can't resolve it.

NOTE: Operating System is macOS 10.14.1

I've tried completely deleting the entry and re-entering it.

My Firmware version is LZP1CN1829BR.

I AM sharing the folder both with SMB and AFP, and have turned off sharing and then turned it back on again.

I have a static IP,  so have entered my path as \\192.168.0.5\Desktop

I've also tried \\Macintosh HD\Users\myusername\Desktop which didn't work

I've tried with another account name that has shared access and that doesn't work.

I've tried the  "sudo /usr/libexec/configureLocalKDC" command which made no difference.

I AM able to print to another folder on a USB stick on my router, but that is not as convenient as to my desktop.

Please help.
