Product: OFFICEJET PRO 6968
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Cannot set incoming FAX reception folder. Always get "A problem occurred during test, click edit, check your settings the try again" prompt every single time. Have been trying for 2 hours. Used everything from C:\Users\Desktop\FAX to C:\Windows\System32\Users\Documents\Printer_Fax\Incoming and no matter the path; it's always the same. I have a 1T HD & using about 7%, so I have no partitions or other drives to worry about. What gives and what's the fix? I've even tried to reset printer default location & unplugged it; but to no avail.
