Product: Officejet 8040

I cannot set up web services for my printer. I keep getting a server problem error that states the printer could not connect to Web Services. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later. I've tried repeatedly and have gotten the same error. At this point, my printer only prints and copies blank pages. I don't think it will print unless this web services is enabled.
