HP Deskjet 3830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer itself seems to be connected via Wi-Fi without issue. I checked the IP that was given to it in the router (192.168.1.12), and everything comes up as correct there.

I have tried searching for printers in Settings (Windows 10)  > Printers & Scanners > Add a printer or scanner. It comes up very quickly, pretty much instantly, when attempted to connect the following error occurs:

"""{
That didn't work
Try adding your HPAB778C (HP DeskJet 3830 series) again, or check with the manufacturer for additional setup instructions.
}"""

I have also tried by doing it via the software / driver installer. After selecting "Connect a new device" via "Wireless" it does it's analyzing and asks for the status of the printer, which I have tried both answering as connected and not connected. Both not giving any signs of life. After inputting as "Connected", it asks for IP or hostname, which both do not work (HPAB778C or 192.168.1.12). After that it wants to search for a solution. Which obviously does nothing, that is why I am writing this.

Originally, printing worked with no issue for the past year or so, after that the modem's computer got an update (therefore being reset to manufacture settings). I'd assume that is when it stopped working, it got a new IP set thus it cannot connect. This is somewhat what the connections are (X - represents unable to connect):
    Printer [WiFi] (either 2.4GHz or 5GHz connection) > Router [RJ-45] > PC1
    PC1 [RJ-45] > Router [WiFi] (either 2.4GHz or 5GHz connection) > X
    Printer [WiFi] (either 2.4GHz or 5GHz connection) > Router [WiFi 5GHz] > X
    PC2 [WiFi 5GHz] > Router [WiFi] (either 2.4GHz or 5GHz connection) > X
This means I am able to scan and send files to PC1, but not able to send files for print from PC1. PC2 cannot receive or send any information between the printer.
