Product: HP PageWide Pro MFP 772dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some years we have used our own SMTP server to send emails from a succession of HP printers. We have just purchased a PageWide Pro MFP 772dn and successfully added our SMTP credentials. This includes performing an Outgoing Email Test.

However, when trying to use the printer 'scan to email' function we get the error: 'The server's security certificate cannot be validated'.

 

Our SMTP server has a security certificate (see below). Any ideas on how we can fix this?
