Same issue here, the EWS Event Log under "Tools > Reports > Event Log" is not working. I will not accept any replies concerning only connectivity, as the Printer has a  manually assigned, static IPv4 Adress and is perfectly rechable. Microsoft Edge (new), Opera and Chrome are showing the same result. Again, there is no network connectivity issue.

 

I would like to access this printer log file. It has been a while since this was reported here. 😃
