HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet Pro 9019
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason I cannot log into my HP Smart Account. This is preventing me from scanning anything. When I click on the scan button it directs me to either log in or create an account and just goes around in circles. I am currently usin Microsoft Edge
