Product: Example: Deskjet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought a Deskjet 3755. Hideous machine that is slow, clunky and works rarely. 

I bought an extended warranty for it and get charged 14.99 a month for it. These are the issues:

They cannot find the contract.

They have no record of the contract.

I get dinged every month for the service.

I want to cancel it and I have tried for three months, once a week to devote two hours of getting transferred back and forth with the same departments.

I have a T120, and a T520 which normally give me the headaches that only HP can provide, but this one is pure insanity as I cannot get them to cancel billing me. I have instant ink on it, which, paradoxically does function, but I want to cancel the extended warranty but cannot.

 

Have some coffee in the Cafe and discuss amongst yourselves.
