Product: Envy Photo 7155
  • I bought this printer about 6 months ago, but I ran out of colored ink around January 2021, and ever since I replaced the colored ink cartridge, I keep getting an error message on the printer to remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it’s installed correctly. I take out the color and black cartridges and reinstall them but keep getting same message. Help!
