Product: HP Pagewide pro MFP 477 dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have installed my pagewide 477 printer and it was working well since april 2018  , I got an error yesterday says that i have to remove and replace the indicated cartridges .. this error affected all 4 cartridges .. i tried many times to remove and re-install these cartridges but nothing happens .. I am using genuie setup cartridges that came with the printer .. any one have an idea how to solve this problem ??
