Product: HP ENVY photo 6234
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

My printer says "Problem with cartridge". It shows an empty tri-colour cartridge with a minus sign. However, according to the HP app, the cartridge is half full. I have tried cleaning the contacts. I had successfully printed  a page and then it stopped.

 

How do I ask for a new cartridge if HP can see that it is not empty?

 

THE NEXT DAY

After a good night's sleep, the printer has sorted itself. It works fine now.
