HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy Photo 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have tried several times in the last two days to install a replacement instant ink color cartridge in my HP Envy Photo 7855 printer.  I get a printer error message that says "Incompatible cartridge  The indicated cartridge is not intended for use in this printer"  I've replaced and used this same color cartridge 64/303 for the last year without a problem. I found no solutions with the virtual support.
