Without a screen/touchscreen on my printer, how do I get my printer to search for and connect to my new modem/router when it has my old provider embedded (seems like permanently) with its SSID. My wireless network test report just shows: Pass, Fail, Not Run, 2 wireless networks detected, etc. The troubleshooting comments are: "Check that the printer's network name (SSID) matches the network name of your wireless router. ...run the wireless network setup to configure your HP printer. The WPA authentication method on your printer has been changed from the default setting. This may cause problems when connecting to your wireless network, if your wireless router is not using the same WPA authentication method." It also indicates *** which shows up as Critical Action Required. We've been working on this for 2 full days now with a 1.5 hr phone session with an HP Tech person (he wasn't able to solve the problem). Please help...
