Hi,

 

After you unbox and power on the printer, You need to setup the printer to wireless router first. Here is the steps:

Connecting the printer to a wireless network with WPS Button

  1. In your printer, press and hold the Wireless  button for five seconds until the wireless light flashes.
  2. Within two minutes, press and hold the WPS button on the router for three to five seconds, or until the connection process begins.
  3. Return to the printer and check the status of the wireless light or bar.
    • If the light or blue bar stops flashing, the printer successfully connected to the network. Continue to the next step.
    • If the light is still flashing or turned off, the connection failed. Move the printer closer to the router, and then repeat these steps. If the connection still fails, continue to the frequently asked questions in this document.
 

Once printer is connected to wireless.    go to the chrome and add the printer by following below steps:

  1. On the Chromebook, click the clock in the bottom right corner, and then click the Settings icon 

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, and then click Advanced.

  3. Under Printing, click Printers > Add Printer.

    • If your printer displays, select it, and then click Add.

    • If your printer does not display, click Add Manually, and then follow the instructions. For more information, go to Chromebook Help - Set up your printer (in English).
