Product: Scanjet 8630, 8500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Shortly after booting my PC, I get crash pop-ups showing APPCRASH in hpqSTE08.exe, and hpqtra08.exe.
My PC is Windows 7 Pro SP1 (x64) with lavish RAM and DISK resources. Windows 7 is up to date!
There are two network connected devices: HP OfficeJet 8630 (A7F66A), and HP OfficeJet 8500 (A909N).
The driver package downloaded from HP is the most recent.
Anyway, my scanners cease working under these conditions.
Does anyone have a clue as to what's going on?
