Sono un Vostro rivenditore ed ho parecchie di queste stampanti che mi ritornano indietro con la cinghia di trasferimento ed il fusore da cambiare.

Solo che una volta cambiati non si azzera il contatore, in quanto non sono dotati di chip ne è possibile azzerare tale contatore.

So che ci vuole un software EDP per azzerare tale contatore. Dove posso reperire tale software? Oppure c'è un altro modo per azzerare il contatore?

 

I am a reseller and I have several of these printers that come back with the transfer belt and the fuser to change.

Only that once changed not reset the counter, as they are not equipped with chip it is possible to reset this counter.

I know it takes an EDP software to reset this counter. Where can I find this software? Or is there another way to reset the counter?
