HP Recommended
Product: HP All In One -Mouse
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Trying to get the mouse open to clean the wheel- cursor not moving freely.  Got the back off, batteries out. What looks like three screws are flat surfaced, and screwdriver won't work.  Dont want to break the mouse.  Don't really like using the touch screen.  Please Help.  Virtual assistant was useless, and now I am really frustrated.
