Product: CLP365
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
After trying to upgrade firmware in the CLP365 the printer does not work. All lamps, apart from the toner indicators, are blinking.

gives a solution, but it does NOT work for me.
I cannot get the printer in upgrade mode having the orange light on. No matter how much I press the red X-button. Therefore the following steps given above do not have the desired effect.
when reaching the last step it says I have the latest version of the Firmware - which does not work.
Any helpful advice?
