HP Recommended
Product: HP PageWide Pro 577dw Multifunction Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Blue background on display panel of printer with power button symbol and code B812CD06. Printer is offline when this is displayed. Need to hit the power button a couple of times to get the printer to respond. What does this mean? Why does it happen?
