Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

Hello,

My computer installed the Windows 10 version 1803 last night.  My laserjet printer was working just fine before this update, but now I cannot print anything from Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Word).  There is no error message; it just doesn't print anything.  There are no issues with the network connection.  I have tried everything else I can think of to resolve the issue including the following:

1. Restart the computer and turn the printer off/on (I did this several times with no change).

2. Used the "Print and Scan Doctor" program (it says that everything is fine and will print the test page with no problems... it just won't print from Word).

3. Downloaded and installed new drivers that were compatible with Windows 10.

4. Uninstalled and completely re-installed the printer.

5. Tried to shut of the firewall (which didn't help, so I turned it back on).

6. Stopped the print spooler, deleted the files in the folder, and then restarted it (using services.msc ).

Let me warn anyone who is kind enough to answer that I am not well-versed in tech stuff... I've just tried a bunch of stuff that other people have suggested.

Please help!!
