Product: CP5225DN and CP3505DN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Have had a CP3505 for a while and found a problem summer 2019 printing certain colours e.g. Purple came out Blue. Problem was resolved by Printer Options / Color, unchecking HP EasyColor and selecting Custom Profile.

 

Have just installed new CP5225DN and drivers updated (Via Windows) to PCL6. Removed and installed using latest driver from HP 6.9.0.24630 (Dec19) but EasyColour option does not exist. Found document support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c03685945 which confirms bug and suggests fix. Tried suggestions but still no option to turn off easycolor and select custom profile.

 

This worked in older driver versions but has got lost in the latest update.

 

Has anyone found a solution?
