HP Recommended
Product: officejet4650

My officejet 4650 (wireless) has stopped printing in colour.  I've recently put in new cartridges and the test page prints in colour and I can photocopy in colour.

There is no colour option on the Advanced tab or in printing properties.

I have removed and re-added the device twice.

I am completely stuck - any help gratefully received.
