Product: MFP M177fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How is it the Scan Dr. software finds my printer but when it comes to communicating with it, it's gives me an error message saying it can't communicate with the printer. It is setup on my Wi-Fi network and the printer is connected to my network. This has been going on for years. Each time I have to uninstall the printer and reinstall it, it works for a few days then does the same &^$% thing.
