Product: Compaq IJ650 Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Hello HP Community,

 

I have a question about my Compaq printer. I understand that it was supported up until Windows XP, but when it was installed on my Compaq Presario laptop which has Windows Vista, it prints, but it's in Chinese or Japanese. I have the driver set to English and in the US
