Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage AIO 3830
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

A few days ago Apple announced that macOS 10.14 Mojave will be publicly available for download from their App Store in September 24th, just a week after iOS 12's official release.

 

Currently HP offers printer software and drivers for macOS 10.13 High Sierra.

 

For compatibility reasons I would stick with 10.13 until a Mojave compatible version is offered through the HP EasyStart bundle.
