HP Officejet 6978 All-In-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Recently, my computer updated automatically and the steps I normally use to connect back to my printer have not worked. Currently, when I print any document, it goes into the print queue and shows an error message (no specific reason, just an error). I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and reset my printer several times. Still nothing.

Under Printers & Scanners, I am connected to the printer as my default printer, but it also says App available for this device. The app I assume is HP Smart, but I have that downloaded.

When I run HP Smart's Diagnosis & Fix, the results are that "Print jobs in Queue issue fixed" and also "Print Queue issue is not fixed."

HP Print & Scan Doctor says everything is fine, but I cannot test print externally or internally from my computer.

No errors show up on the printer itself.

Other computers are using the printer fine, so I know it is just on my end. I have no idea where to go from here! Please help!
