Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Laserjet Pro MFP M127fw printer.  Within the last week, I was not able to print from my laptop.  I was connected through my WIFI.  It appears the laptop is not detecting the printer.  I'm also having this problem with my mobile phone.  I have to unplug the printer, plug it back in, and then I can print from my phone.  After a while though, the phone stops detecting the printer and I have to unplug it again and plug it in.  here is what I've tried.

1. Uninstalled printer drivers.

2Tried to reinstall drivers but software cannot detect printer through network.

3. Turned of firewall.  Still SW not detecting printer.

4  Tried running driver file again and now it says Extraction Failure - Cannot Delete Output File.

5. Tried disconnecting printer from WIFI and reconnecting it.

Thanks in advance for your help.
