i got a new router and modem so changed my password for WiFi . Ever since my computer has not been connected.  I got a email from my ink program saying I need to connect.  It has been a couple weeks now before I could address it and could get NO ONE from technical help in the phone.  In the past this has not been a problem. I’ve spent 3 hours trying with nothing even recognizing my serial number even frim my account
