Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello.  Trying to connect our Officejet Pro 8600 Plus to a new Linksys router wirelessly.  Here is what we have tried:

1.  Wireless Wizard is unsuccessful.  The printer sees the Linksys, but after typing in the correct password (we successfully connected every other device in the home), an invalid password message appears.

2.  I've tried manually connecting to wireless using a PIN number generated by printer and typing it into Linksys software.  I get an invalid PIN message.

3.  I believe the print drivers are updated, at least HP app tells me this is so.

4.  I have not been able to update Firmware.  I see on HP page there was a firmware update in Oct. 2020.  When I download it, there are no printers listed to choose from.

Please advise...thank you!
