HP Recommended
Product: Photosmart C4795
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently changed my router and I cannot connect my printer to it. I have reset to factory default. There is no Wireless Wizard, HP Smart can find the printer but tells me to turn it on - it is on! Now it wants a claim code, but I can't find that. HP Print and Scan Doctor won't launch. I can't even find my product listed on the HP site to try and download drivers. 

 

Can anybody help?!
