HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On the advice of an HP rep, I purchased a Jetdirect 2900nw to be able to connect the printer to the wireless network. Another call to tech support and we updated the M604's firmware to 3.9.7 but are unable to connect to the network. The tech researched and said my Google Mesh wireless network was the culprit. Since the modem and wireless router are located in another part apartment I put a Mesh wifi node by the computers and printers. My wife's Canon color inkjet printer prints using this network just fine and the M604 sits right next to it in a closet. The configuration page shows an IP address of 0.0.0.0 and I cannot get it to be anything else. Suggestions?
