I'm trying to connect my printer, which doesn't have a screen ( it's a LaserJet Pro 28w) to my home network, after installing an updated Virgin Superhub 3. It worked perfectly well with my old Superhub 2 and had no problem connecting to the network.
I'm using the HP Printer Assistant on a windows 10 printer, with a USB cable to provide a remporary connection to printer dur8ng installation. All goes well till the page which should show list of local networks so I can identify mine and sign in - but the list is completely missing, and pressing refresh list doesn't help. Printer Assistant, which has worked ok up to that point just doesn't respond. I've got an excellent WiFi signal.
Has anybody got any suggestions?
