Hello, I'm trying to figure out whether my issues are with my printer or my internet.

 

1. My printer will be online in the HP Smart app, but offline in my computer settings on all 3 of my computers.

2. When t does come online, I will get an error in my print queue "Error - Printing" and after I delete the print job I will get "Error - Sent to printer"

3. My internet speeds are normal, but I have had issues with my provider and intermittent internet or weird drops since March.

 

UPDATE: I hardwired my printer into my laptop with the USB cable that came with the printer and it still will not work.
