Product: HP Laserjet MFP M725
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I believe this particular model can handle duplex copy/output (one-sided to two-sided, two-sided to two-sided), but apparently the options are missing. See below:

EWS event log doesn't seem to indicate such behaviour. Any ideas?
